Hello Everyone!

Right now I’m researching Christmas music and holiday concerts, but it is 52 degrees outside. I’m not quite in the Christmas mood yet, which is very unusual for me. I’m usually the earliest and longest Christmas celebrator I know! But whatever the weather out, I’ve found putting on Christmas music can change my mood to much a more festive one. And it’s not just Christmas music that changes my mood– all music has an affect on me! Sad music = sad feelings; happy music = happy feelings. Are you also greatly affected by music in that way?

If you need a pick-me-up, here are some songs that never fail me!

-Beautiful Day, U2

-Happy, Pharrell

-Feet Don’t Fail Me Now, NeedtoBreath

-Fields of Gold, Sting

-Spring Can Really Hang You Up the Most, Stan Getz

-Ain’t Going Down Til the Sun Comes Up, Garth Brooks

-Sunny Side of the Street, Louis Armstrong

Do you have songs that always pick you up? Send them my way!

Merry Christmas and Happy Near Year, from all of us at KC Rock Band & Guitar!
